Walt Disney World’s magic extends far beyond what you see on the surface.

There is so much planning and attention to detail for guests’ experiences at any of the parks at Walt Disney world it will almost make your head spin.

If you are curious about what goes on behind the scenes at the four parks of Walt Disney World and are able to pay a premium, look no farther than the special tours the parks offer.

Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom afford special peeks behind the scenes into the inner workings of the parks.

Both of these tours cover all four parks.

VIP Tour Service

For the VIP Tour, you and your party have access to your own tour guide who will help you navigate the park, and offer insider information along the way.

These tour guides can be hired for any park, and if you hold a park-hopper pass, they can also help you get from park to park.

There are definite perks of taking a VIP tour, including unlimited FastPass access, special seating for parades and shows, and a customized Disney experience.

These tour guides must be hired for a minimum of six hours.

Backstage Magic Tour

The Backstage Magic Tour is an in-depth look at the inner workings of Walt Disney World – and a close up of all four parks.

Each park has a designated place where you can see the behind-the-scenes workings of an attraction or area.

In addition to these special looks at specific attractions, you will visit the Utilidor tunnels at the Magic Kingdom; meet the craftsmen at the Central Shops who work to set the scene at Walt Disney World, and check out the nursery and tree farm where experts work to keep the parks lush and green.

This tour also includes lunch at Wilderness Lodge.

Guests on this tour must be 16 years or older.

In addition to the all-access tour options above, most of the parks offer may different tours and experiences exclusive to each park.

Many of the special tours also offer a keepsake gift or photo of your time on the special tour.
